Mixed media on paper.  
This image started life as a unique proof of an unfinished etching. I then reworked the surface with pastels, adding forms and colours reminiscent of paper Chinese dragons I had bought.  The etched surface is completely hidden by dense pastel layers. Printmaking often spawns inconclusive images, that can be taken into other media where they can be developed and resolved. I like the richness and warmth of this image.
